7:40 AM Harbor seal surfaces again, stays at the surface for about 5 minutes.
7:42 AM Gulf Reliance (San Francisco) / upriver
8:05 AM Harbor seal surfaces again. Head has distinct black and white pattern.
8:13AM Harbor seal surfaces, dives under. Repeat at 8:17AM.
10:20 AM Barge pushed by the tugboat Amy Brusco (unknown port) / downriver
11:26 AM American Highway (Panama) / uptream. Pretty sure this is a car carrier - big ships, those!
12:13 PM Cos Fair (Singapore) / upriver
4:21 PM Harbor seal surfaces directly in front of spotting location. Submerges, then reappears farther downstream.
4:40 PM New Beginning (Panama) / downriver
5:43 PM Harbor seal surfaces, disappears.
5:59 PM Possibly catch harbor seal surfacing to eat a fish. Too quick to tell for sure, but shiny white object near mouth of obviously large dark creature, so that is the logical conclusion.
